Carne Asada Marinade

We were devastated to find out that Ploughboys had shut down it’s meat counter.  That means no more ready to grill carne or pollo asada.   So we set out to  (borrow / steal) our own recipe.

We scored the Internet the Internet for just the right marinade and this is what we have come up with so far.   We found this one on food.com.  (Actually I just did a google search and bam this one pop’d up, but it is really Good!).

This may evolve from the original as time goes on …
